Emily R. Calvin, Esq., 

has extensive experience advocating for women, children, and survivors of abuse both in and out of the courtroom. Before practicing law, Emily did non-profit work in domestic violence, rape crisis, and child welfare advocacy. After becoming a licensed attorney in 2017, Emily spent the first part of her legal career representing survivors of violence and abuse in family cases through legal aid before joining Steven Kalishman, P.A.

Emily is passionate about providing trauma-responsive, holistic legal care to those seeking assistance in navigating the complex family court system. Emily also offers victim’s rights advocacy for survivors navigating the criminal justice system.
